Darin Weidauer is the founder of PCSProofCareer.com, a platform dedicated to helping military spouses launch flexible, portable careers in insurance sales. A 22-year U.S. Air Force veteran, Darin understands firsthand the challenges that come with frequent moves, deployments, and the sacrifices made by military families — especially spouses who often put their own careers on hold.
After serving as both a heavy construction equipment operator, and as a Cyber Warfare Officer, He wento to become a University Professor, and finally Darin transitioned into the insurance industry where he found his calling: educating, empowering, and mentoring others to succeed. He became a licensed insurance agent and later a Gerontologist, specializing in aging, Medicare, and senior care planning.
Over the years, Darin has helped hundreds of clients secure health, life, and retirement protection — and has trained dozens of new agents to build thriving businesses, regardless of location. His mission with PCSProofCareer.com is to create a career path that moves with military families — one that offers income, flexibility, purpose, and long-term growth.
Darin holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Long-Term Care, Psychology, Business Administration (MBA), Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Information Systems. He’s taught leadership and management at over 50 universities, and now uses his experience to train the next generation of mobile insurance professionals — starting with military spouses.
When he’s not mentoring agents or helping families navigate Medicare, and Retirement planning you can find him spending time with his wife Ronilin, advocating for veterans, or exploring the outdoors.

As a military spouse herself, Ronilin knows the sacrifices that come with supporting a service member — the frequent PCS moves, the career restarts, and the desire to do purposeful work while balancing family and uncertainty.
Ronilin’s professional journey began in the Philippines, where she developed a deep appreciation for community and service. After immigrating to the U.S. and becoming a military wife, she discovered the barriers many spouses face in the workforce. Determined to find a career that could grow with her family, she became a licensed insurance agent — and quickly found purpose in helping others navigate their healthcare and financial choices.
At PCSProofCareer.com, Ronilin brings warmth, insight, and firsthand experience to the table. She mentors new agents, leads outreach to fellow spouses and veterans, and works daily to prove that you don’t need to choose between family and career — you can build both.
